“Service in real estate is more than just returning phone calls, being on time. It’s more than just being there. It’s about listening, being able to have empathy and sometimes being the bearer of bad news. Real estate is a people business and all customers, whether they are buyers or sellers, should be treated as you would like to be treated.

My aim is to deliver such an experience that at the end of the day it’s my name that first springs to mind when someone asks who they would use to be their agent. I don’t judge my results on the number of sales, but on the number of referrals I obtain.”
